For all the above-mentioned projects the CRM software used was completely designed and developed in-house customized to the project requirements and it provided the customer with MIS support on a periodical basis and customized reports on short notice. This included web interfaces for our clients and end users for online data updation and requisition for redemptions and query resolution.
